A Fascia Facial is a hands-on treatment that works with the connective tissue (fascia) of the face, rather than just the skin surface.
Fascia is a web-like network of tissue that wraps around muscles, nerves, blood vessels and bones. In the face, it plays a huge role in tone, tension patterns, fluid movement and overall expression. When fascia becomes tight or dehydrated, it can contribute to puffiness, jaw tension, fine lines, asymmetry and a “heavy” feeling in the face.
What happens in a Fascia Facial?
Unlike a traditional beauty facial, this treatment focuses on:
• Slow, sustained myofascial release
• Gentle lifting and unwinding techniques
• Sculpting through the deeper facial layers
• Releasing jaw, temple and neck tension
• Encouraging lymphatic and fluid flow
It often includes work inside the mouth (with gloves) to release deep jaw and cheek tension, especially around the TMJ.
