1️⃣ Weighted step ups�2️⃣ Barbell hip thrusts�3️⃣ Banded / cable hip abduction

This combo targets glutes from multiple angles - building strength, power and lateral stability. Great for improving performance, supporting knees and reducing overload through the lower back.
