Meet Dr. Raiz Ismail, Consultant Psychiatrist at Mind Connections.
With years of experience in both hospital and community settings, Dr. Ismail provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health concerns, from mood and anxiety disorders to trauma and behavioural challenges.
If your stress feels harder to manage lately, it might be time to explore modern treatments like rTMS. A safe, evidence-based therapy that helps your mind find balance again. 💙
Chronic stress can affect the brain’s ability to regulate mood and focus, often leading to anxiety or depression.
rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) gently stimulates areas of the brain involved in emotional control, helping to restore calm and clarity , without medication or invasive procedures.
If you’re feeling lost or exhausted, remember that effective, modern care is available.
It’s easy to look after everyone else and forget yourself.
This Movember, take a moment to check in on your own wellbeing.
Mind Connections is offering free 30-minute consultations just for men. Think of it as time out for your mind; no pressure, no judgment, just a space to focus on you.
Because strength isn’t just what you show on the outside, it’s how you take care of what’s within. 💙
Behind every deadline, project, and meeting, there’s a human being trying to cope, balance, and belong.
Workplace stress doesn’t always look like exhaustion or burnout. Sometimes, it looks like silence, the quiet pressure to keep going, to perform, to stay strong.
This International Stress Awareness Week, let’s create workplaces where people feel safe to pause, breathe, and speak up before stress becomes suffering.
Because a healthy workplace isn’t just productive.
It’s compassionate. 💙
We’re delighted to welcome Dr Felicia Ng, Consultant Psychiatrist (MBBS, FRANZCP), to our Mind Connections team.

With expertise in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, she combines medical and psychological insight to guide recovery with compassion and care.
We’re honoured to have her join our community of specialists dedicated to holistic, evidence-based mental health care.
November is Men’s Mental Health Month.
Behind every statistic is a story ; a father, a brother, a son, a friend, a colleague quietly carrying more than they should. 💙
This Movember, let’s look beyond the surface.
Start a conversation. Listen without judgment.
Remind the men in your life that seeking help is courage, not weakness.
We’re here to help you rediscover balance and resilience.
