We’ve had so many requests for regular breathwork sessions, excited to now offer them weekly 😊
Matt will be running them every Tuesday night 6.15pm-7pm. Limited spots so please book in early via online link in our bio. Dress warm and bring along a blanket 😊
About the sessions - it’s time to reset your nervous system, unlock energy, and create deep inner stillness.
Starting with a calming meditation, the session moves into guided circular breathing techniques and extended breath holds to activate the parasympathetic system, boost oxygen efficiency, and build emotional resilience.
Suitable for all levels. 45min session including time to relax & debrief afterwards.
