✍️Yesterday was my last working day with Liem.
6.5 years together and not one moment of regret.

In a profession where conflicts, egos, and misunderstandings are common, what we shared was rare almost untouched by friction.

There was nothing I could complain about. Nothing I ever needed to correct. His work was meticulous crafted with pride, honesty, and an integrity you don’t teach you’re born with it.🫠

Just looking at him would bring a smile to my face .
When I first me him I thought we wont last even 6 minutes together instead we lasted 6.5 yrs 🤣

Our association was like fire and water , I was fast, spontaneous, intense , 🤔 thinking out loud before thinking it through and he was everything I wasn’t - he was calm, steady, and grounding .

Whenever I needed help , truly needed it , he moved mountains quietly, without fuss. No drama. No noise. Just presence.

For me, he was pure light. The kind of soul you meet once in a lifetime. As you leave this chapter, my heart feels full not heavy because I know only the best awaits you.🙏

Working alongside Khushboo Agarwal, Alexandra Kotlar, Liem Dang etc reminded me that some people don’t just work with you they heal you, ground you, and remind you what goodness looks like.

When you’ve worked with souls like them, who embody, excellence, righteousness, humility, duty, and grace, the bar they set is never just skill. It is character.

Its about doing the right thing without needing applause.
That kind of standard doesn’t come from training it comes from the soul and once you’ve experienced that, it’s hard to accept anything less.

Maybe that’s why scaling feels hard sometimes because I’m not looking for roles to fill, I’m looking for souls to match.

And if that makes the journey harder, I’ll take it because I’d rather struggle to scale than compromise on who we become along the way.
