Posture check for desk workers! 🖥️
Are you possibly feeling achey in the neck, shoulders and/or lower back?
🪑Good posture = better focus, less pain.
1st slide:
1. Straighten up, shoulders relaxed, and use the lumbar support of the chair to align that spine.
2. Elbows resting on the arm rest, position it at 90 - 120 degrees and keeping it close to your body.
3. Ensuring that the wrist is straight and in line with your forearms.
4. The screen is at eye level — no slouching to see!

2nd slide:
☑️ Keep your feet flat on the floor.
☑️ Knees at 90 to 120 degrees.
☑️ Thighs parallel to the floor.
Make sure to take breaks every 30 minutes to 1 hour! Your spine will thank you for it!
