This exercise is great for testing ankle stability and range of motion, and provides a clear visual target. Get a friend to help you measure your progress!

🧠Setup🧠
Create a star shape with 8 touch points, using tape or cones. Each point should be at least 100cm from the center.

👣Technique👣
Plant your foot firmly in the center and reach out with the opposite foot, touching each point as far as possible. Keep your planted foot flat and steady for accurate results!

development (including feeding)
🌈 Tongue and lip tie in relation to postural strains

Feeling tight or sore across the top of your shoulders or neck?

These spiked massage balls are a great way to achieve trigger point relief!

Find a tender point through the muscle and hold the spike ball with moderate to firm pressure - this can be applied by leaning against the wall or lying on the floor. Keep pressure on that tender point for at least 60 seconds for peak effectiveness!

Posture check for desk workers! 🖥️

Are you possibly feeling achey in the neck, shoulders and/or lower back?

🪑Good posture = better focus, less pain.

1st slide:
1. Straighten up, shoulders relaxed, and use the lumbar support of the chair to align that spine.

2. Elbows resting on the arm rest, position it at 90 - 120 degrees and keeping it close to your body.

3. Ensuring that the wrist is straight and in line with your forearms.

4. The screen is at eye level — no slouching to see!

2nd slide:
☑️ Keep your feet flat on the floor.
☑️ Knees at 90 to 120 degrees.
☑️ Thighs parallel to the floor.

Make sure to take breaks every 30 minutes to 1 hour! Your spine will thank you for it!

Do you have neck pain? Here are 4 exercises that might help you!

1. Neck stretch: use your hand to gently pull your head toward your shoulder. Change the angle of stretch by looking toward your armpit. Hold the stretch for 10-20 seconds.

2. Shoulder rolls: this is a great one to loosen up your shoulders and neck and reduce stiffness.

3. Gentle neck rotation and bending: gently turn your head within the pain-free ranges. You can do this regularly through the day to help prevent your neck from stiffening up.

4. Spikey ball release of neck muscles: place the ball at the base of your skull on one side of your spine and gently nod your head up and down and turn your head side to side to release the muscles.
