A simple workout anyone can do — no fancy moves, just good energy and great form! Grab your dumbbells and try this short circuit 👇

1️⃣ The Trio: Biceps • Shoulders • Triceps
2️⃣ Shoulder Raises
3️⃣ Rows with Extension
4️⃣ Bicep Curls

✨ Go at your own pace
