Did my usual bio resonance scan before heading in for a blood test… because if I’m going to panic about needles, I might as well have the energetic receipts to compare with the medical ones

And hey look… I wish I could say I handled it like a calm, centred wellness queen… but no! I absolutely hated every second and unfortunately so did my body 😅. Fully went down, slide onto the disgusting pathology floor and had to breathe through it.

But the results were interesting bioresonance scan showed high cholesterol and low creatinine levels for the kidneys which will be fun to unpack with my specialist. Meanwhile the bio resonance scan gave me its own little energetic storyline to add to the mix! So I at least know what I’m in for..

If you’re a fellow anxious human when it comes to blood tests just know I see you, I am you and if fainting was a sport we’d both qualify for nationals 😘
