It is just human to err, but if you are looking to improve your relationship with someone, try projecting energy. ❤

Let's dive deep into what it is and how it can help.

Projecting energy means sending the person (with whom you want to improve the relationship) positive energy in the form of pink light, 3 times per day for a week.
Now, what is pink light? Pink light is basically love. All you gotta do is, surround yourself with positivity, be it in a meditative state or in a quiet environment and imagine
a beam projecting through you to the recipient- full of pink light. Do this activity consistently, and maintain a journal about how it has affected you and the recipient.

Because, love, peace, and happiness is an inside job.

Spiritual health is important when it comes to maintaining holistic health. It is essential to attend to our spiritual body (which is, our soul and the energetic systems) to stop doing and start being.

We are in essence spirit, but this does not limit itself to a particular religion or following. You can freely practice your faith whilst being spiritual,
and mindful for your spiritual health by maintaining your spirit.
Now, I will answer the most asked question, How do we maintain our spirit?
Honestly, there is nothing too complicated or complex about "how" to do it. It will come from within, and may vary from spirit to spirit but the essence is the same- a happy soul.
Maintenance of spirit might be as simple as appreciating the ocean, faith, trust in a higher power, love, the universe, a personal belief, creativity, inner wisdom, and inner peace.

So go ahead and indulge in the act of appreciation, love, creativity, or whatever makes you feel better from the inside!

Whenever I talk to my clients, the first thing I like to tell them is to learn the art of acceptance and smile their worries away.
I was just researching through Google, to get more insights on what I do (because learning never stops, really) and found out
something really intriguing that I completely resonate with.
When you smile, your brain releases tiny molecules called neuropeptides to help fight off stress, along with endorphins and serotonin that act as a mild pain reliever, and an antidepressant respectively. Plus points for a smile for creating a ripple effect (I know you'd be smiling looking at this picture and I love it ❤)

D‍o you know the difference between a thought and an emotion?
Thoughts are the words you use to describe your emotions- a physical state that makes you experience what you call is "feeling". Our thoughts often skip naming the emotion. When someone asks you how you are, do you reply with a thought or an emotion?
For example, ask yourself- can I feel busy or am I busy?
You ARE busy, which means it is a thought. However, the emotion of being busy could be overwhelmed, anxious, or tired. Once you know and understand the difference between an emotion and a thought, you can start your journey towards healing. When you stop suppressing your emotions, connect with it, accept it, and finally release it, your healing starts.

Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
One of the most important questions that we should ask ourselves is: How do we have and maintain a healthy mind?
Before I answer this question, always remember that every single effort goes a long way!
1. Exercise the mind by learning and exploring- use it or lose it
2. Resting the mind and body
3. Reading
4. Take up a hobby or new interest/study
5. Be aware of your self-talk
6. Set goals

While a healthy and balanced diet are essential to your physical health, REST and NURTURE are also vital to maintain your overall health and wellbeing.
We often neglect taking REST and NURTURING ourselves due to many reasons. Well, I'd not want to discuss those reasons here because all I want you to focus on
is to understand the importance of rest, and self-nurture.
A wise person once asked me, rather than figuring out the reason for the darkness, why not focus on increasing light?

Coming back to where we left, to heal on a deeper level, self love is an essential ingredient. It can be doing anything that makes you happy- even breathing in silence!

When you experience your body and reconnect with it, you allow yourself to heal. Your five senses play a major role in initiating the healing process- certainly healing is not limited to a physical breakdown.

Let’s begin to understand the body’s gateway to healing.

1. Sight // Healing via the eyes.
A simple example is the instant boost most people get amidst greenery. It’s calm, it’s soothing, and the impact goes a long way.

2. Sound // Healing via the sense of hearing.
You may like to listen to meditative music, chant mantras you connect to, or play your favourite songs that help you feel home. It’s simple, but it’s important.♥️🕉

3. Taste // Healing via the sense of taste.
Comfort food is what helps you heal, the food that has high prana and allows you to connect to your inner self.

4. Touch // Healing via a sense of touch.

Be it a reiki healing session, or a massage, you will feel the difference. I’m often told by my clients how Reiki healing helps them rebalance their energies and does it make me feel good about myself? I’d be lying if I say it doesn’t. Coming back to the topic, this gateway of your body stimulates the healing of your mind, and body.

5. Smell // Healing via sense of smell.

For example, Aromatherapy uses essential oils to enhance your physical and mental well-being.

Now, one of the most important body’s gateway to healing is healing via the sense of knowing. When you’re spiritually aware, are able to access your subconscious mind, you can kick start your journey towards healing.
