Spiritual health is important when it comes to maintaining holistic health. It is essential to attend to our spiritual body (which is, our soul and the energetic systems) to stop doing and start being.
We are in essence spirit, but this does not limit itself to a particular religion or following. You can freely practice your faith whilst being spiritual,
and mindful for your spiritual health by maintaining your spirit.
Now, I will answer the most asked question, How do we maintain our spirit?
Honestly, there is nothing too complicated or complex about "how" to do it. It will come from within, and may vary from spirit to spirit but the essence is the same- a happy soul.
Maintenance of spirit might be as simple as appreciating the ocean, faith, trust in a higher power, love, the universe, a personal belief, creativity, inner wisdom, and inner peace.
So go ahead and indulge in the act of appreciation, love, creativity, or whatever makes you feel better from the inside!
