This is me at the Airport on the tarmac leaving Perth. It's like the rainbow was saying goodbye.

On the flight home, I looked down at the houses below. From above, they looked like tiny Lego blocks I could pick up and rearrange. Yet inside those houses are big, complex lives being lived, people caught up in their own challenges.

It struck me how perspective changes everything. From the ground, a problem can feel massive. From a higher viewpoint, the same problem looks smaller, more manageable, and sometimes not nearly as overwhelming as it first appeared.

That’s the power of perspective, the higher we rise above our challenges, the lighter they become

Recently, my family went on a 10 day holiday to Perth. We drove up to the Ningaloo Reef and went snorkelling.

Snorkelling at Ningaloo Reef was like stepping into another universe. Beneath the surface, there’s this vibrant, colourful world we rarely think about as we go about our day.

It got me thinking about the worlds inside our own minds, the hidden resources, strengths, and possibilities that sit just beneath the surface of our awareness.

When we take the time to dive deeper, we often discover so much more than we imagined. Confidence, calm, courage, they’re all there, waiting to be explored. Sometimes we just need a guide to help us find them
