So many people have come in feeling ‘exhausted’ or wobbly in the past week. Gaia is experiencing many changes and we are FEELING it, even if we don’t know why…

BREAKING ENERGY UPDATE, Dear Cosmic Community, Right now, you could be noticing that global energy has become unstable over the past 7-10 days. It can seem that many things are 'up in the air' all at once and that you're having to act 'in the moment' to fight small fires. Your personal paradigms are being challenged and re-written. You're being asked to be more adaptable and not so stuck in your ways and routines. Consider that this is good for you. You desire to be free and trusting in yourself and the universal forces that are on your side. But why is this occurring now? There's several energetic reasons..

1. The Turkiye/Syria Earthquakes - have sent a ripple effect (like a stone in the pond) though Earth's field (and your energy field). With 40,000+ souls all transitioning at once, we ALL 'feel' the loss. It comes across as an inner uncertainty, feeling unsafe and/or ungrounded within. It will take time for this to shift.

2. Last weekend's huge X1.1 solar flare and multiple M Class flares. The Sun is becoming highly active, heading toward solar maximum in 2024. A piece of the also Sun broke away in early February. It only takes 8 minutes for the energy of the Sun to reach Earth. As sensitive and awakened souls, we feel these flares 'as they happen' How? A concentrated dose of higher consciousness enters through your crown (sleep is light on right now). It takes time for this to assimilate within you.

3. There is unrest at the number of 'unidentified objects' being shot down. Add to this ongoing wars, political and financial unrest and it's a potent 'physical' mix.
