We’re proud to partner once again with The Salvation Army to help bring a little extra joy to families in our community this Christmas.
From 15 Nov – 20 Dec, simply bring a bag of non-perishables or Christmas treats to any of our clinics — Evans Head, Casino or Lismore — and we’ll exchange it for an adjustment.

Suggested donations: canned goods, pasta, rice, sauces, long-life milk, tea, coffee, Christmas puddings, mince pies, treats, toiletries or small gifts.

Together, let’s make Christmas feel a little warmer for those who need it most ❤️🎄

• Pregnancy & new mums ✅ – gentle adjustments, pelvic stability work, and supporting the nervous system can make this season more comfortable.
• Older adults ✅– movement is medicine. Gentle mobility, balance exercises and spinal care help maintain independence and confidence.
