Back on the mat for Term 4 and for Spring! 🌸
Our Simply U Yoga classes and memberships are all resuming this week. Get in your sessions early in the week this week as it will be a short timetable (Mon - Wed classes only) then back into a full schedule from next week!
We still have a good 4-5 weeks of classes remaining for the term before we wind up - enough time to make a change and enough time to bring some great activation, strength and flexibility into your training!
