Hello to all

Staff and Doctors at the clinic use Social Media eg: Facebook like a lot of you all do.

Please refrain from contacting any of us at the Clinic by this method of communication. This is extremely inappropiate especially when appointments or prescriptions are being requested in this manner.

The only channel of communication that is acceptable is by phoning the clinic or making an appointment via our booking system HotDoc.

Dear Patients

PLEASE PLEASE when making appointments, either Via HotDoc or over the phone to keep in mind that the appoinment time is ONLY for 15minutes. If you have multiple issues to speak to your Doctor about PLEASE make a longer appointment or multiple appointments.
Patients booked after your 15 minute allocated appointment are kept waiting for lengthy times and are becoming grumpy at our reception staff or have to leave due to another appointment or work and miss out on their turn with the Doctor.

Doctor Roster for now until April

Dr Farnbach - booked until the first week of March and not taking New Patients at this stage
Dr Ahad - here until the 27th of March - Returning 7th of April
Dr Loretto Maxwell - 10th of March to the 1st of April . She will return again in July at this stage after a small operation.

All Doctors will are on HotDoc for bookings

Yesterday we said goodbye to the lovely Dr Indu.
Monday we say Hello to Dr Khan. He is with us for 2 months to start with. If he likes the clinic and the community he will hopefully be our next Permanent GP
He brings a wealth of Rural medicine knowledge, so please make him feel welcome to our wonderful community.
Dr Loretto Maxwell will also be returning in late March. If she can find a suitable place to buy she will also stay with us.😁😁😁😁

A Merry Xmas and a wonderful New Year to all of our patients. Has been a big year and we will do it all again in 2026. We are closed for all of the Public Holidays plus Friday 2nd of January. If you need Medical attention please go to the Casterton Hospital or call 000. We have full Medical coverage until the 20th of February with at least two Doctors working daily😀😀😀😀🎁🎄
