💜 A Cervical Screening Test every 5 years is one of the best ways to protect yourself from cervical cancer.

It’s quick, simple and can detect early changes before they become serious.

If you're aged 25–74 and have a cervix, make sure you're up to date.

To check if you’re due, speak to your healthcare provider or visit the National Cancer Screening Register.

One test. Five years of peace of mind. 💜

🎾 Australian Open… Glenelg House style! 🏆

Is it too early to start practising for next year’s AO? Glenelg House residents got moving with a friendly tennis match, guided by physiotherapist Bruce. We may have had to improvise an indoor net, but the smiles and energy were championship-level!

A big thank you to Bruce, Leisure & Lifestyle and volunteers for keeping everyone active and having fun! 👏💛

🍪💛 There’s something special about baking together … 💛🍪

Heart-shaped bikkies were on the menu during a recent baking masterclass – and they looked just as good as they tasted!

Working side by side, residents rolled, shaped and decorated their creations, enjoying conversation, laughter and camaraderie along the way.

Through diversional therapy, activities like baking help Glenelg House residents nurture social connections while supporting wellbeing and confidence. A lovely reminder that sometimes the simplest activities create the biggest impact… with a sweet treat as an extra reward!
