This supportive CBT-based group is perfect for students who want to:

🌿 We’re so proud of our team member, Vera!

Last week, Vera had the incredible honour of speaking on a panel at the Neurodivergent Minds Conference 2025 in the Sunshine Coast, QLD. She joined an inspiring group of speakers — Alana Cameron, Tahlia-Rose Vanissum, and Selah Dimech — to explore what it truly means to live authentically as neurodivergent individuals and what meaningful support in daily life can look like.

Vera shared her reflections on embracing authenticity, unlearning who she was told she should be, and reconnecting with who she truly is — not just through achievement, but through joy, connection, and self-acceptance. 💛

We’re so grateful to have Vera as part of our team at Sydney Psych Hub, bringing her authenticity, compassion, and insight into her work every day.

🌿 Professional Development Spotlight 🌿

This week, Rachel and Wajma attended an incredible workshop with Dr Russ Harris, exploring the integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and neuroaffirming practice. 💡

The workshop focused on supporting neurodivergent clients with compassion, flexibility, and authenticity — key values that align strongly with our work at Sydney Psych Hub.

We’re excited to bring these insights into our sessions and continue enhancing the way we support individuals and families in our community. 💙

🌟 Team Update! 🌟

Last week, our psychologists Rachel and Wajma had the privilege of presenting at a GP education session.

✨ Rachel presented on Maternal ADHD and its impact on parenting, exploring how ADHD can affect mothers and their children, as well as strategies for better support.

✨ Wajma shared her expertise on Family Therapy, highlighting the importance of strengthening relationships and fostering healthier family dynamics.

We’re proud to see our team contributing to the ongoing education of GPs and supporting collaborative care for families in our community. 💙
