Support & education for women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy.

Diamond Women is a not-for-profit organisation run by a group of compassionate and caring individuals that seek to provide help and support to women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy. DPS offers practical assistance in the way of baby and maternity goods, emotional and spiritual support through counselling and group classes to train and equip women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy. Through a network of community service organisations we are able to connect our clients to organisations that assist in meeting their medium and long term goals. Diamond Women provides for the relief of anxiety and distress faced by women surrounding an unplanned pregnancy by meeting their immediate and long term needs. Diamond Women works with women, their partners and families to provide long term solutions in the best interest of both themselves and their unborn child. We at Diamond Women believe that every woman facing an unexpected pregnancy deserves support, respect, kindness, compassion and care.

It honestly brings us to tears when we reflect on the impact that’s been made over the past 20 years. Because of our incredible community, we’ve been able to walk alongside women facing unplanned pregnancies and support them through some of their hardest moments.

20 years of supporting vulnerable women wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible community of supporters, donors, volunteers, and the women on our team who pour their hearts into this work every day. 🤍

Diamond turns 20!! 🎂🥳
We started around café tables and in living rooms, meeting women in the middle of their hardest moments and listening to what they were experiencing. We’re honestly just so grateful for every person who’s supported us, believed in this work, and walked alongside women with so much love and care over the years - thank you! Being on this journey together means everything to us. As we mark 20 years, we’re excited to reflect on the stories that shaped us and to keep growing together. There’s more to come, and we can’t wait to share it with you. 🤍🤍

Today we gathered at Diamond HQ to celebrate (and very reluctantly farewell) someone who means so much to all of us, our beautiful Marsha. ❤️

Marsha hasn’t just been a senior case worker here. She’s been a steady presence, a listening ear, and a source of strength for so many women walking through some of their hardest moments. Because she’s walked a similar road herself, she brings a depth of understanding and compassion that truly reaches the women we support.

Marsha is pure sunshine, she is always positive and always lifting the room. She is also so wise, humble, and generous with her time and heart. As a mum and full-time worker at Diamond, her sacrifices and dedication are a gift that has blessed everyone around her.

Her impact can’t be captured in a single post, but we want the world to know just how incredible she is. This isn’t a goodbye, it’s a see you soon.

We’re so grateful for you, Marsha, and we’re cheering you on in everything that comes next. 🥰❤️

Thrive and Bloom is our Mother’s Wellbeing Program, offering a series of free workshops designed to support mothers at every stage. Whether you are expecting or already parenting, these sessions connect you with trusted industry professionals in a supportive, welcoming space.

We prepared our Diamond mums for work by giving them a free styling experience and outfits with !! They all looked so stunning and we loved seeing them feel confident 😍❤️❤️

Diamond Women’s Support provides for the relief of anxiety and distress faced by women surrounding an unplanned pregnancy by meeting their immediate and long term needs. Diamond Women’s Support works with women, their partners and families to provide long term solutions in the best interest of both themselves and their unborn child. We at Diamond Women’s Support believe that every woman facing an unexpected pregnancy deserves support, respect, kindness, compassion and care. Diamond is providing an opportunity out of the current cycle of feeling that they are cornered and that there are no options left for them except to terminate their pregnancy. Lack of support and education plus continual bombardment by the media instills fear and lack of options - that an unexpected pregnancy is 'the end'. DWS runs a completely free support centre in the middle of Western Sydney (and operate throughout NSW) we are able to offer compassionate care and support to women and their families facing an unplanned pregnancy.
