Think about it as it is not just a question of semantics.
Cosmetic medicine as a fundamental principle incorporates a professional medical relationship with a “PATIENT”.
If a cosmetic clinic has a relationship with you as a “CLIENT” rather than a “PATIENT”, then it should raise a red flag as it implies that the clinic views cosmetic medicine with a transactional business focus rather than a “PATIENT” focus.

Continuing research, study and updating treatment skills maximise the objective of a safe and effective treatment experience.

Unlike so many clinics in the aesthetic space, we do not engage in Telehealth consultations by remote doctors prescribing treatments via a phone or tablet screen from a distant location for another health practitioner to perform.

Our clinic exclusively functions on face-to-face, in-person bespoke assessments and treatments by Dr. Feiner who has over 20 years experience performing, lecturing and teaching medical aesthetics both locally and internationally.

Descriptions of many treatments cannot be lawfully named due to regulatory prohibition that apply to all practitioners and clinics.

While many clinics and practitioners seem prepared to ignore these regulatory restrictions, we strongly advise prospective patients to book a consultation with Dr. Feiner for a bespoke assessment and discussion about suitable treatment options.

From operative upper eyelid procedures to minimally invasive procedures such as advanced injection and energy delivered treatments, thread lifting and many other treatment options, the objective is uncompromisingly focused on creating natural pleasing outcomes.
