New dates are now available for our highly sought-after 1-day Beyond Home Cheesemaking Class. Our teacher Michael will guide you in crafting a variety of delicious dairy products, including a Taleggio-style cheese, Halloumi-style cheese, Ricotta, Labneh, and cultured butter with buttermilk.

You'll take home all your creations, neatly packaged in an insulated box. Your day with us also includes a delicious breakfast and lunch, plus a special wine and cheese tasting at Boomtown Wineries, featuring our delicious Long Paddock Cheese range. Dr Bruno Giboudeau, founder of the Obsalim method will be visiting from France at the end of January. Dr Giboudeau is a veterinary surgeon and passionate teacher for assessing farming and feeding practices and their effects on dairy animal nutrition and milk production.
