البابايا .... فعلاً فاكهة خارقة لصحة المرأة!

البابايا مش بس طيبة، هي بتشفي الجسم من جوّا .... خصوصي الجهاز الهضمي، الكبد، والهرمونات.
اللّون البرتقالي فيها غنيّ بفيتامين C، بيتا كاروتين، ومضادات أكسدة بتخفّف الإلتهابات، بتقوّي البشرة، وبتحمي الخلايا من التعب والأكسدة.

وفيها إنزيم طبيعي اسمو باباين، بيساعد الهضم وبيخفّف النفخة.
وما ترموا البذور! فيها مركّبات قويّة (اسموها إيزوثايوسياناتس) بتساعد الكبد بالتنظيف وبتوازن الهرمونات، خصوصي الإستروجين.

أنا شخصياً بحب إحفظ البذور، بنشّفها وبطحنها وبزيدها على اللبن، الشوفان اللي بجهّزو من الليل، بودينغ الشيا، أو برشها على اللبنة أو الفواكه.
بحسّ إني ما عم فوت ولا فائدة منها
وحتى الإشرة ما بتروح خسارة .... بتروح لخرافاتنا
يعني ما في شي بيروح عالفاضي!

Papaya.....😍

A true women’s health superfruit!

Papaya isn’t just delicious... it’s deeply healing for your gut, liver, and hormones.
