Over the past few days with Passover, Easter and time spent around food, family and celebration, it’s completely normal for routines to shift.

Meals might look different, portions might be bigger, and structure often goes out the window.

For a lot of women, this can bring up feelings of guilt or frustration — like you’ve gone “off track” or undone your progress.

And that’s usually when the urge to “reset everything” kicks in.

But the reality is, a few days doesn’t undo the work you’ve been doing.

Progress isn’t about being perfect — it’s about consistency over time.

Instead of reacting with restriction or pressure,
the most helpful thing you can do is gently return to your usual habits.

A balanced meal
A walk
A normal routine

Nothing extreme — just steady.

What it’s like to work with me - KEREN ❣️

A lot of women feel unsure about what it’s actually like to work with someone for their health and fitness.

There’s often a perception that it will be intense, rigid or overwhelming.

But that’s not how I work.

For me, it’s about understanding you first.

Your lifestyle, your routine, what’s felt difficult, what hasn’t worked before —
and then building something that actually fits into your life. 🫶

My approach draws on my background in physiotherapy, strength training, Pilates and nutrition, but it’s not about applying a one-size-fits-all plan.

It’s about:

💛 Supporting you to build strength safely and confidently
💛 Helping you feel more in control of your nutrition
💛 Adjusting things when life gets busy (because it always does)
💛 Creating a way forward that feels realistic and sustainable

With Passover and Easter approaching,
it’s completely normal for routines to feel a little disrupted.

There’s more food, more social events, different structure to your days —
and it can feel like everything you’ve been working on gets thrown off.

But this is where a different perspective can help.

A few days of change won’t undo your progress.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to restrict or compensate.

Instead, focus on:

• Being present and enjoying the time
• Making choices that feel good, not forced

Strength Training vs Building Muscle — What’s the Difference?

This is something I talk about with clients all the time… and it often gets confused.

Many women say they want to “get stronger” or “tone up” — but these goals aren’t always the same thing.

Strength training is about improving how much force your muscles can produce.
It focuses on performance — lifting heavier, improving technique, and building confidence with weights.

Building muscle (hypertrophy) is about increasing muscle size.
This is more about how the muscle looks and changes shape over time.

Both are valuable.
But they’re trained slightly differently.

✔ If your goal is feeling stronger, improving bone health and moving better → strength-focused training is key
✔ If your goal is changing body composition and increasing muscle definition → a hypertrophy approach is important
✔ And for most women… the best results come from a combination of both
