Knowing what to do could save a life.
If someone is having a seizure:
1. Stay calm, reassure and call for help
2. Clear the area and removing anything they could be harmful
3. If you can, gently roll them onto their side with something soft under their head
4. Don’t restrain them, let the seizure run its course
5. Time the seizure and note how long it lasts
6. Afterward, check their airway and breathing, and reassess
