Let breeding season begin! 🥳 🎉
Atrevido has arrived now arrived at Pascoe's Oakey Veterinary Hospital and we are thrilled to offer chilled semen to mare owners this breeding season.
For the next 10 weeks Atrevido will be a resident stallion, which means he will be 100% available, ready for collection and at your mares service.
If you have already booked and returned the contract we encourage you to arrange a collection with us early in the season.

Why choose Atrevido & MTR? ✨
We are offering chilled semen collections this year which provides you with a stronger chance of pregnancy. We do not sell single dose frozen semen and risk the chance your mare not getting pregnant.
We are experienced breeders with over 20 years breeding experience. We will do everything we can to support you and your mare through the breeding process.
Bloodlines and Pedigree ✨
Atrevido has very special bloodlines that are unique to Australia.
His Sire Atrevido Mango was a Triple Crown champion 2018, this means he won Morphology, Functionality and Movement competitions at the largest competition in Spain - SICAB.
His Dam Mabileña DAV also won Champion mare at SICAB 3 years in a row 2016, 2017 & 2018.
Atrevidos bloodlines carry both Bohorquez and Marin Garcia two of the oldest PRE studs known for breeding functional horses.
Atrevido also carries the bloodlines of the Elite stallion Kabileño VIII (Elite) and is the only horse in Australia to carry these lines.
Why does this matter?
The PRE horse has been bred and refined for over 500 years, the horses have been proven under saddle. Any horse stamped as Elite breeding stock have been assessed as healthy, functional horses but also proven themselves sound riding horses into old age with multiple progeny also proven as healthy and sound.
By choosing a stallion for your mare that has a long line of quality bloodlines, means the likelihood of these genetics being passed down is very high.
Competition ✨
Atrevido has begun his training and competition career this year with Alice Hurley Dressage. He has ended the year on a high achieving Preliminary Champion with scores over 70%.
Temperament ✨
Atrevido is well known for his easy going, gentle, trainable temperament. He has passed these qualities onto his offspring who are also intelligent, trainable and easy going.
