Its always a sad day when I have to put my business hat on :-(
Cedar Cottage has been updating the Cancelation Policy for Cancelation of appointments and No Shows (yes, unfortunately this happens)
While I feel I am extremely blessed by the amazing clients I have, I know I am very relaxed with only a 3 hour reschedule and cancelation notice policy, (Most business have a 12 or even 24 hour policy ), this policy will now take effect for all customers of Cedar Cottage to ensure the business does not suffer when people cancel without allowing time to fill the appointment.
Cancellations and reschedules can be made up to 3 hours before your appointment. This can be done via the online portal.
CANCELATIONS - MORE then 3 hours notice - No fee will be incurred if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled - This can be done online yourself by simply logging in to your online booking profile.
CANCELATIONS - LESS then 3 hours notice - If cancelling within 3 hours of your appointment, a fee of $40 per hour booked will be charged/invoiced payable at your next booking or within 7 days. whichever is sooner.
(eg: Half hour booking will incur a $20 cancelation fee)
EARLY TO APPOINTMENT - If you are early to your appointment, you may have to wait until your appointment time, however, if you are taken in early, you will still only receive the booked amount of time. Arriving 15 minutes early does not mean an extra 15 minutes of free massage :-)
LATE TO APPOINTMENT - If you are late to your appointment - the appointment booked will finish at the intended scheduled time. A 1 hour massage at 12pm will finish at 1pm if you arrive at 1215pm and the FULL cost of treatment booked will be charged.
NO SHOW OR NO CONTACT - No Shows or no contact will have the full cost of treatment invoiced. This amount is payable within 7 days or at your next booking - whichever is sooner. You may also be required to prepay for future bookings or if multiple No Show appointments have occurred, you may be asked to seek out a new Massage Therapist and no longer be able to book appointments at Cedar Cottage Massage and Beauty.
