Every day I’m reminded why I chose this path — helping people feel better in their bodies is honestly my greatest passion.

Through remedial massage, cupping, and dry needling, I get to help release years of tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and bring people back to a place of ease.

For me, it’s not just about treating pain — it’s about supporting real humans, with real lives, who deserve to move, breathe, and live without discomfort holding them back.

Seeing that moment when someone stands up from the table and says “I feel lighter”… that’s everything. 🫶🏼
