Not all breast lumps are something to worry about 🙌
One of the most common benign (non-cancerous) breast lumps—especially in younger women—is called a fibroadenoma.
In many cases, these can be safely monitored and don’t need surgery unless they’re causing symptoms or growing 🔍

One of the most rewarding parts of being a surgeon isn’t the operation itself — it’s moments like this.
This card was given to me by the family of a patient after an emergency surgery. Knowing that you’ve helped someone through a very difficult moment is incredibly humbling.
Medicine can be demanding, but reminders like this make it all worthwhile.
Very grateful for the trust patients place in us. ❤️
