I don’t resonate with chasing anymore. All that hustle is just too hustley for my liking 🤷♀️🤣
The right people, possibilites and timing tend to show up when I’m clear, calm and not forcing outcomes.
I’ve learned I don’t need to grip life so tightly for things to work, I just need to be aligned with what I’m asking for.
This sound feels exactly like that energy to me.

Over-giving.
Over-explaining.
Over-extending.
People pleasing in relationships.
People pleasing in friendships.
Pouring and pouring and pouring…And then wondering why I felt exhausted and somehow still not fully seen.
It took a divorce.
A 7-year relationship ending.
And the uncomfortable realisation that I was repeating patterns and placing my energy where I wasn’t a priority…for me to finally see it.
The truth?
I wasn’t being abandoned.
I was abandoning myself first.
I kept placing my energy where I wasn’t a priority and hoping my effort would change the outcome.
It didn’t.
Seeing where I had handed myself over again and again was uncomfortable. But the shift that came from it? I wouldn’t trade it.
Now I have boundaries.
I say no.
I don’t feel guilty about it anymore.
And my people pleasing has had a proper kick to the curb.
That doesn’t make me heartless.
It means I finally stopped pouring everything into the wrong places, and because of that I actually have more love to give the people who show up for me too.

Ask yourself every time you make a choice… is this choice bringing me closer to what I’m asking for or further away from it?
Feel into your body, what do you notice?
Your body is literally like a compass.
Let your body and your intuition be your guide…
For me if a choice is correct I will feel lighter thinking about it. I might smile, feel a sense of peace, my energy expands.
The trick is to trust the first signal, before the overthinking kicks in.
The more you practice learning your bodies subtle signs at KNOWING what’s true for you, the better you become at trusting yourself and your body to make the best choices for you.

I woke up this morning, on the other side of the world, on a beautiful tropical island. 🏝️
It’s my 50th birthday today and I wanted to celebrate this milestone in style and enjoy something that was truly memorable. 🎂
Turns out I got my wish and this whole holiday has been such a magical experience. 🪄
Today I am off on a speed boat, island hopping to explore coral reefs and swim with the fishy’s with my beautiful kids. 🚤
Feeling very blessed and happy to be 50 years young today. 🎁
Desiring something greater for yourself?🤔
Make your asks for your future so big, that you can’t fathom in your mind how you will even get there. 🙌
Simply follow the whispers of the universe, and say yes only to the things that are in true alignment, and that light your body and your being up. 💝

🇻🇳 Vietnam Adventure - Danang Days 6-10
Relaxation time!
We have taken some time to slow down on this part of the trip, as we were on the move a lot the first few days.
We visited the night markets in Hoi An.
Enjoyed some local restaurants, trying some yummy food, including some really good mexican. I found a really delicious plant based cafe and had the most beautiful raw zucchini lasagne and blueberry cheesecake. Omg so good!
Soaked up the sun by the pool.
Had a spa date and got our hair washed.
Listened to some vibing tunes on the hotels rooftop bar.
Rode on motorbikes and hunted for the best matcha in town (still a work in progress, boy is it tricky to get plant based milk here 🤷♀️)
We celebrated Indis bday by spending the day at Ban Na Hills, riding cable cars up a mountain, experiencing breathtaking views, the golden bridge with the hands, amusement park rides, stunning gardens and a french village. I also had one of the best Pho’s ever!
We topped off her birthday with a delicious dinner by the sea.
Why is there so much food involved in vacations?🤷♀️🤣
Can’t take the foodie out of this Melbourne girl.

I am so proud of the woman you are becoming and all of your incredible achievements, especially in this past year.

Vietnam Day 4-5
An overnight cruise on Ha long Bay.
This was an incredible part of the trip. So pretty and very special.
The rooms on this cruise were next level with baths and balconies overlooking the bay.
We drank cocktails/mocktails and soaked up the sun on the ships sundeck and swam in the pool.
Watched the sunset over the bay.
Participated in a cooking class and
made rice paper rolls.
Ate lobster, caviar and the most succulent steak.
Kayaked through caves and saw the cutest monkeys.
Then watched the sunrise over the bay whilst in a Tai Chi class.
We loved it so much 10/10
My quote for the day: “You have to speak what you seek, until you see what you said.”
