Keeping a promise to myself, this chapter has been for me. A season of deep shedding and reflection 🐍to allow the space to truely rest & be. After a lifetime of giving, this one was for me🥰

🙏Thank you for all the love & patience from those of you reaching out to receive this sacred work. It felt super important to take this time to re-create a softer life that supports me.

😮‍💨This year I had to really practice what I preach.

Rest, slowing down, stopping - self-care. Our body will always give signs. When something is off, it’s then on us to listen👂& support ourselves to make the adjustments.

It was not easy for my mind 🧠to go at the pace my body needed or make decisions that didn’t make “sense”. This year for me - there have been massive priority shifts & figuring out what is truely important to me in my life.

On the other side of this I have gained so much
TRUST: In myself, my intuition, my heart & in the UNKNOWN. Knowing there is a plan even when we don’t know the when or how. All we can do is step forward on our path✨🪽

What is your body, heart or spirit trying to communicate to you right now? How can you go just that little bit slower or do something for yourself that you’ve been needing?
