We have now created a new meditation class for Beginners! You can book these online in the group bookings section. There are now morning, evening and weekends.

The beginner classes run through a range of different options and are ideal for people that have given it a go but believe they can't meditate. Perhaps you struggle with focus or sitting still. Guaranteed I can get you meditating like a pro!

Do you have a group that you'd like me to come to? Eg school, community group etc? Please ask.

I have labelled the other classes 'Advanced' just for the sake of a label. So long as you can/want to sit for an hour, you're welcome. This is a great space for having questions answered that may have arisen from your regular deep meditation practice, or discussing specific advanced techniques. It's not encouraged to ask about deeper philosophical questions or non-dualist debates, just the practice. Zen is about going beyond ideology. Including religious and spiritual dogma.

There are now a few people doing breathwork these days. Okay, quite a few eager punters, so I thought it would be great to mention what flavour we bring to the table.

🤓 Firstly, someone not just trained in breathwork, but a qualified counsellor capable if offering deeper integrative followup support to make the most of it. I'm available!

🦉Because I do 'Parts-Work' with my clients, I integrate this into sessions in different ways. It just offers an extra way to move through tricky things.

🏕 The space is very gentle, quiet (when the music stops!), nature-based and nurturing.

🥣 You get yummy food. Because it's hungry work!

📖Ample space and time for quiet, journalling, sharing, time in nature, or whatever you need to integrate. There is no rush.

🎧 The music chosen is curated according to my intuitive flow and is pretty much always on the money.

☯️ I'm an energy worker, so I see a lot of what is going on for you on that level, and can support you accordingly.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Small intimate group.

💚 Be part of a larger community of people connecting to find their way back home to Self.
