Do you know about lunar eclipses? What can they help us with?

It is certainly a time of renewal and transformation. Some speak of the clarity that can be achieved after the eclipse, as some hidden aspects of our lives or personalities could come to the light. It’s like a veil is removed to allow us to see what was not visible before.

I’m wishing for clarity and transformation. May you experience beneficial shifts in your life.

You can do it!

That project, that task you thought it was not reachable? Think again!

This week will support you in taking the courage to do that thing you’ve been postponing. You are capable and now is the time.

Stop doubting yourself. You don’t need to know everything. You just need the first step.

Take responsibility, stop avoiding, or it will just weight you down.

This is a good week to increase your meditation practice and ground. Trust you will be guided on the path.

Ahhh, the big principle that will allow us to understand who we truly are, what we stand for, what we desire, what our boundaries are, what we are here for.

This week might push us into self-reflection to support us in the alignment of our actions to our values. What do we truly want? What are we doing just to comply? What has to finish? What needs to start?

Big questions and very important indeed.
Take the time to reflect and take courage to take action to align.

This week may trigger an intense emotional release. Let it happen and clear yourself of any old stagnant feelings, pain, drama that may be stored in your body and let it go. It is time for renewal and the old will keep us heavy and unable to move freely.

Freedom, clarity, release are on your way, should you allow it.

Take time to meditate and see what is no longer serving you and keeping you stuck.

New month and new energy. February carries the energy of 12/3. It’s like climbing a mountain and all of a sudden being able to see the landscape with more clarity.

You may start to feel like the fog dissipates.
However, you may also feel like you are the only one that can see and this sensation can make you feel isolated or different, as if you don’t belong.

A suggestion is to connect with your heart and act from here. Be compassionate, instead being impatient. Check what your Soul is asking you to do and make a plan.

Take time to meditate and be still, so the message can be heard loud and clear.

Great times ahead! Keep your eyes towards the light!

This week, we may be given different choices. Each might take us on a different path.

We are invited to connect within to allow us to be assertive and move in the direction that will support us getting closer to our goals and our greatest good.

We may be tempted by old stories, guilt, shame, or just routine. If this happens, take a moment to stop and become aware of the old patterns and make a decision based on what you want to achieve, what your heart is calling You to do!

When I say heart, I don’t refer to your passions, I refer to your soul’s call and desire!

After a change in perspective, we are ready to embrace the new in a different way. Maybe some of the old things and structures need to go, so we can rebuild on strong foundations.

Is something disappearing from your life? Has anything come to an end? This will give you the opportunity to start anew. Look up and see the good in this situation.

Take a deep breath and trust. Renewal, rebirth, rebuilding is in the works.

Ground yourself, exercise, meditate, do some breathing exercises or whatever helps you reset, so you can see with clarity and take the needed steps.

This week, we will be given the opportunity to raise our awareness and be able to see things from a different perspective. This may support us greatly on moving closer to our goals and heal.

Many have spoken about 2026 being a 1 year, which is correct. However, not many have said anything about the fact that it is not only a year 1, but a year 10.

2+0+2+6=10

10 can be seen as a rebirth. 10 has already walked the path from 1 to 9. It has acquired all the wisdom of the journey and is ready to start again with a new level of awareness.

This makes 2026 even more powerful, as it is a new opportunity to start, but not as an infant or a naive individual, but as one that holds a lot of wisdom.

However, if we are full of fear from old experiences, this may bring hesitation and apprehension to take the necessary steps to start again. If this is the case for you, I would suggest to work on consciously healing your wounds, and have courage to start anew.

This is a very wonderful year to bring in the new, so perhaps do a ceremony to leave behind what no Longer serves you and only bring with you what supports you in aligning you with your purpose.

Listen within to bring clarity on the next step. Remember that you only need to know the next step. Slowly, the way reveals itself. Trust and embrace this year with confidence!
