HISTORY

We provide comprehensive eye examinations including automated fields, glaucoma assessment and behavioural children’s evaluation. We also prescribe and dispense contact lenses (including coloured and multifocal). As a locally owned practice, we aim to provide quality personalised service and a great range of over 1000 frames for your selection from brands like Gucci, Ronit Furst, Boss, Kate Spade, Oakley, CK , Stepper , Ray Ban & many more. We also have an on-site lab and stock a large range of single vision lenses for urgent jobs. LATEST TECHNOLOGY

For the most extensive ocular evaluation possible we have Digital Retinal Imaging (DRI) and a high definition Ocular Coherence Tomographer (HD-OCT)and an Optus ( for ultra wide angle imaging.) DRI photographs the retina and is excellent for monitoring diabetic progression and general retina health. HD-OCT provides precise ultrasound images of your retina/macula/optic nerve. It allows us to capture, record and analyse minute changes that occur over time, providing a new level of clinical certainty when diagnosing conditions of the eye.

Macular degeneration, especially age-related macular degeneration (AMD), is a common eye condition that causes damage to the macula, the central part of the retina responsible for sharp, detailed vision. It can lead to central vision loss, making activities like reading, driving, or recognizing faces difficult.
