Combined abdominoplasty, breast augmentation and fat grafting performed by Dr Moncrieff post-pregnancy. Watch until the end to view her results from all angles ▶️
Dr Moncrieff performed a hybrid breast augmentation (or augmentation mammoplasty in medical terms) using a 245cc anatomical implant in her left breast, a 280cc anatomical implant in her right and fat grafting techniques to help address asymmetry and create close-set cleavage lines. He also performed an abdominoplasty to repair 5cm abdominal muscle separation post-pregnancy.
WHY MUSCLE REPAIR?
Dr Moncrieff finds that most women experience some degree of muscle separation after birth due to the expansion of the abdominal wall to accommodate for a growing baby. For some women, the muscles will come back together over time, but for others unfortunately they do not. Incorporating muscle repair into a tummy tuck procedure can alleviate many of the chronic symptoms that come with muscle separation, including incontinence, lower back and abdominal pain, postural issues, pelvic floor dysfunction and more.
COST
The out-of-pocket cost for this combined procedure starts at $36,000 (total costs for an insured patient including our Plastic Surgeon, hospital, anaesthetist, leading brand implants, garment, post-operative visits, LED Healite treatment for scars, etc).
