There is a world of difference in who I was and who I will become. It starts with who I am. What matters next is what I do. I often invert am and do and forget that the being is more important than the doing. I DO a lot and I am thankful for the recognition by . I am able to do so much because of who I am and who people perceive me to be.

One of my closest confidants said to me just before 2020, “Big bro you have got to understand your value. People with master’s degrees seek you out and work under your leadership. They believe in who you are and how you will help them develop. They could go anywhere but they come to you and they stick with you. My turnover crazy high and all you need is a high school education for the work I employ folks with. But you have something special because you are someone special. Never forget that”.

As I take 2026 to relearn BEING is more valuable than DOING I will also keep in mind that the multiplicity of life says that coexistence is my final form. It does have to be “either or”, it can be “both and”.
