Late of Charters Towers, formerly of Mt Garnet.
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.

Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Kathy and Dick Hardy, Jeff and Shelly Davies, Eileen White and Linda Davies. Dearly loved partner of Brian Engelbrecht, beloved wife of Bryan Davies (dec) and Gordon Green(dec). Loving sister of Vera and Margaret. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Stepmother to Cheryl, Jennifer and Shane. Loving aunt, cousin and friend to many.

All family and friends are warmly invited to attend a graveside service to celebrate Val’s life at Harry Birgan Cemetery, Lynd Highway, Charters Towers, on Friday the 20th of March 2026 commencing at 10:00am
