Please listen to your body. Always. But especially when you're scrolling the internet and consuming content that's trying to persuade you.
It's no good trying vagus nerve hacks if your house is on fire.
And a system that is in a heightened state of activation is unlikely to benefit from jumping into a bloody ice bath.
But if you do want try any of the trending tips, pay attention to your own body and how it makes you feel.
Because if you try something and it doesn't feel good for you, it's probably not good for you.
No one's giving out medals to the woman who can suffer the most, or put her nervous system through the most stress!
