Our Story
Where we began to now ... I opened Mastering Movement on May 26, 2018 where the start of a new chapter in my journey began. I have always been driven to achieve the best I possibly can, to push myself as far as I can and to put my heart and soul into everything I do across all aspects of my life. My career was shaping up to be no different. I am an experienced Sports Therapist with a history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industries. I strongly believe in the importance of connecting with my local community in a positive way and providing some value to society, which is demonstrated clearly and honestly in this business. I love what I do and as my career evolved post-graduation, it only made sense that the next step to fulfilling my drive to achieve the best was to create a business from the ground up. Only then, knowing that I had total control over every aspect of my business and how it ran, could I say I was providing the absolute best care for my clients and was doing the best I could possibly do! It is truly rewarding to be able to help people achieve their goals and be a part of their journey to better health, knowing I’ve given it my all. At Mastering Movement we are dedicated to providing the best possible care for our clients by integrating a number of treatment techniques and modalities tailored to our clients needs to achieve the best rehabilitation outcomes. My team and I are always working towards building the best practice we can by continuing our professional development and staying in touch with our clients so we can continue to grow with them and maintain the provision of excellent care that is in line with our clients wants, needs and goals. Our business culture allows us to make a positive difference to all of our clients, local community and business relationships within our extending network.
