Join for Estatic Dance on April 10th 🔥

Ecstatic Dance Cheltenham lifts you into high energy through embodied, free-form movement, and then gently brings you back into balance with a sound bath and Yoga Nidra.

Carole will invite you in circle to come into your body with breathing and movement and will hold space during the event and close the event with a Yoga Nidra.

The DJ of the night is DJ Gapa who crafted a reputation for creating beats that resonate on a primal level. His sound defies easy categorisation, weaving together complex rhythms and melodies that offer a profound journey into the depths of human emotion. Each track is a carefully constructed experience, designed to evoke a deep connection with the listener, lingering long after the final notes.

Then Julie takes over with the Alchemy Crystal singing bowls to guide you into your heart space. The space will be filled with vibration of compassion, pure unconditional love and divine light, as we will channel universal reiki energy for the collective while you journey through time and space within yourself.

Yoga Nidra will bring you back into a space of balance. Yoga Nidra is a guided deepest that brings the body into complete relaxation while the mind remains gently aware, restoring balance and calm to the nervous system.
