Meet Lizzie 🫶

When Lizzie joined Insidesweat, she thought it would be like any other gym she’d tried before.. something she’d give a go, but never quite feel confident in.

Very quickly, she began to surprise herself. The progress she made, the weights she lifted and the exercises she was able to do went far beyond anything she thought she was capable of.

Since starting, she’s experienced some powerful shifts:

💪 Discovering strength she didn’t know she had
🏋️‍♀️ Lifting weights she never imagined possible
✨ Growing in confidence with every session
🎾 Feeling able to stay active and independent as she gets older

But for Lizzie, this goes deeper than just getting fitter.. She’s thinking about the future.

She sees people her age struggling to walk or stand and she’s made a decision.. She doesn’t want that to be her. She wants to keep playing tennis, stay active and be able to run around with her grandchildren for years to come.

And now, she feels like she’s on that path.

What surprised her most? How approachable it all felt.

Meet Bev & Andy 🙌

Bev and Andy hadn’t been to a gym in over 20 years and were unsure what to expect when they joined Insidesweat. They thought it might feel like a typical gym but instead, they found a supportive, welcoming environment that felt like a breath of fresh air.

Meet Jacky ❤️

Coming to us for over 2 years now!

When Jacky joined Insidesweat, she knew something had to change. Years spent hunched over computer screens had taken their toll. Her posture wasn’t great, her back was causing problems and walking was becoming more uncomfortable as her knees began to hurt more and more.

At 70, she didn’t want to feel like she was gradually slowing down.

But something shifted when she started training.

In her words, she now feels “more upright and in control of my body.”

Instead of dreading exercise, she enjoys coming. It gives her purpose each week and she no longer needs a coach to help her up off the floor during exercises.

Since starting, she’s experienced real, noticeable changes:

Meet Tim 🙌

When Tim first joined Insidesweat, he wasn’t looking for anything extreme.. just something he could actually stick with. What surprised him most wasn’t the training itself, but how quickly it felt doable, sustainable, and even enjoyable.

Instead of dreading sessions, he found himself thinking, “I can keep this going.”

Since starting, Tim’s noticed a shift in both how he feels now and how he thinks about the years ahead:

Meet Jane,
