Stay safe in tomorrow’s heat ☀️💧

Melbourne is gearing up for another scorcher tomorrow with temperatures around 41°C and even hotter across parts of Victoria. Take a moment tonight to get ready so you can stay cool and comfortable.

A few quick reminders:

*Drink water regularly and keep a bottle nearby so you can sip often. 💦

*If you want to move your body, try early morning or stay indoors with gentle stretches or seated exercises. 🤸‍♂️

*Keep your home cool by closing blinds during peak heat and using fans or air conditioning if you can.

*Check in with friends or neighbours who might struggle in the heat. A quick call can make a big difference. 📞

*Pets and wildlife feel the heat too so make sure there is water and shade available. 🐾🐦
