When my daughter sat her VCE exams 8yrs ago, I burnt different essential oils in a diffuser to support her learning and emotional wellbeing.
The oils that I used & still are my go to oils: Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Thyme - which are a couple of my favorites.
Other essential oils that I like to use a couple of drops in an oil burner/diffuser - which I love using separately are:
Lime - from feeling of agitated brings calm.
Marjoram - from feeling anxious brings soothed, strengthening your nervous system.
Mandarin - from feeling chaotic brings composure.
Ginger - from feeling depleated brings sustained, rebuilding your energy.
Lemon - from feelings of confusion brings rational, activates the left brain into thinking.
