MOVEMBER is here! 🥸

This month isn’t just about facial hair. We're supporting conversations around mental health, cancer awareness, and showing up for men who need it.

Movember uses donations to help men live longer lives and stay mentally and physically healthy. They break silence around stuff men traditionally avoid talking about - male cancers and men's mental health.

We think it's a really worthy cause, which is why we're growing our moustaches out in solidarity and to raise funds.

If you'd like to support us we'd be really grateful! You can donate here:

Feeding difficulties in newborns and infants are actually a lot more common than many people realise.

Based on studies and clinical data, anywhere from 25% to 45% of healthy, full-term infants experience some kind of feeding problem in the first few months of life.

For premature babies or those with medical conditions, that number can jump much higher - often up to 70–80%.

We're always here to help if you need any advice.

Running shoes aren’t just about comfort - they’re the foundation of every stride.

The right pair supports your natural movement, absorbs impact, and helps you go the distance without pain or injury.

But when you’re wearing the wrong shoes, every mile feels harder than it should and the impact on your knees, hips and back can be detrimental.

Poor cushioning, lack of support, or a bad fit can slow you down, strain your joints, and keep you from reaching your full potential.

The right shoes don’t just make running easier - they help you run stronger, longer, and safer.

Ozempic (semaglutide) is helping many manage weight and blood sugar, but it’s important to be aware of potential nutritional impacts. 🌱💊

Some people may experience reduced appetite, nausea, or changes in digestion that can lead to deficiencies in vitamins and minerals over time.

Key nutrients to watch include vitamin B12, iron, and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).

Regular monitoring, a balanced diet, and guidance from a healthcare professional can help prevent deficiencies while benefiting from Ozempic.

Give us a shout if you need help!

Water cuts aren’t magic - they’re science.

By increasing water intake, lowering sodium, and then reducing fluids strategically, athletes manipulate ADH (antidiuretic hormone) to keep flushing water even when intake drops.

The result? Less subcutaneous water, sharper definition, and a temporary “dry” look.

Thinking about a water cut? Let's talk!

🌸 World Menopause Day – October 18 🌸

Today’s about starting the conversation and sharing knowledge.

Menopause is a natural stage in life - not something to be hidden, ignored, or faced alone. It marks the end of menstrual cycles, usually occurring between ages 45–55, but the experience is unique for every woman and ages can vary drastically.

Hot flashes, sleep changes, mood shifts, and energetic change can be part of the journey. But here’s the important part: support, awareness, and understanding make all the difference.

Let’s normalise talking about menopause at work, at home, and in healthcare settings. The more we share, the easier it becomes to navigate together.

How you can help:

💬 Take time to learn.
💗 Check in with the women around you.
🌍 Advocate for better education and support systems.

Menopause isn’t an ending - it’s a new chapter of strength, wisdom, and growth.
