Our Beginners Yoga Course builds your skills, confidence and knowledge of yoga. In each of the classes we build on the last, bringing attention to different aspects of yoga practice.
Week 1. Stable Foundations
Week 2. Find Your Pose
Week 3. Breathing
Week 4. Meditation
Week 5. A Complete Practice including introduction to background philosophy.
If you're thinking of getting into yoga then this course will get you off to the best start.
Our next batch of in studio beginners starts on 24th January and runs Saturdays at 10:30am.
