What a festive couple of days! 🎄
From our Christmas lights tour around Childers, singing carols and admiring the displays, to decorating mini pavlovas this morning — creativity, smiles, and Christmas cheer all around. Afternoon tea is going to be delicious!

We were delighted to welcome the Childers Scouts this morning
Residents and Scouts spent time decorating Christmas cards, creating gifts, and enjoying the courtyard together. It was a lovely example of community connection and Christmas joy.

🎄 Community Thank You from Forest View 🎄

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful community for the kindness and heart-warming Christmas spirit you have shared with Forest View.

A huge thank you to Isis State High School for donating their Christmas Carnival items to us. We had so many laughs using them, and the snow machine was an absolute hit with our residents!

Thank you also to Des Allan Funerals for their generous donation, which allowed our residents to get creative decorating their walking aids — making them sparkle and shine in true Christmas style ✨🎄

And to the amazing Isis Child & Family Playgroup, thank you for joining us and bringing along the fantastic karaoke setup, giving everyone the chance to sing Christmas carols at the top of our lungs 🎤🎶

Childers truly is a beautiful community, full of Christmas spirit and love. We are forever grateful for all the support you show our residents.

🎄✨ A Beautiful Evening of Christmas Cheer ✨🎄

Residents and visitors enjoyed a wonderful evening yesterday with special guest performers — the Wesleyan Men’s Choir and the local Childers Orchestra — who filled the evening with beautiful Christmas carols.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a special night. 🎶❤️
