🌿 Supporting Teen Mental Health in Our Local Community 🌿

, in proud partnership with , is now offering free and subsidised counselling services for teenagers as part of a vital mental health initiative.

This support is specifically for high school aged people facing complex challenges that may benefit from extra support— including issues such as self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or other mental health concerns.

Our goal is to ensure no young person feels like they have to struggle alone. This program provides a safe, confidential space to talk, explore personalised strategies, and begin working toward better mental health and relational wellbeing. This initiative started on the 1st of July 2025 and will go for 12 months.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this service, please reach out to your schools Wellbeing Team to get a referral and client information form.

💕💗💜 It’s so amazing to see so many ladies today utilising our Women’s Health Nurse - what a wonderful month to launch this new service with it being 💜💗💕

World Menopause Month is observed annually in October to raise awareness about menopause and the support available for those experiencing it. The month aims to break the stigma, educate people, and encourage conversations about this natural life stage, which involves significant physical and emotional changes.

You can book in for our women’s health clinic every Tuesday from 10am to 12pm with Nurse Karene by calling us on 07 4662 8588 or seeing us in store!
