Well, look. It's been 18 months since my last blog post. Which is awkward because my last post was about getting back into blogging.

But my motivation to write content comes and goes, and today it is COMING IN STRONG. And like Taylor Swift and 'Folklore' I'm not going to overthink it. I'm just going to put it out there (and obviously it will also go to number 1).

Motivated by an excellent online discussion I have been involved in on 'Thin Privilege':

Throwback to a date night on our tiny Sydney balcony earlier this year. So much has changed in the last few months 🏡🐶📚, but I’ve still got that strong appreciation for sharing a meal and a good beer with excellent people.

Finished product from a few weeks back. Spanakopita, resolve style 💅🏻 It amazes how the more I learn about food, health and nutrition, the less I think about it. It’s just eating. It’s just food. It’s just life (like death, taxes and pooping).

Don’t call your steak a protein or your potato a carb. Don’t call it good or bad or clean or dirty. Call it dinner and get on with you life.

I know this is a confusing message coming from someone who’s dedicated 4.5 years of her life to becoming a Dietitian, but I guess what I’m trying to say is ‘relax, eat some fruit and veggies when you can and try not to have hot chips everyday’ - your body will thank you.

I think I need to blog this out. ✌🏻

Hi guys, if you're at the Fitness Show this weekend make sure you head past the Fit Fest Stage from 12pm to catch a bunch of us doing some super cute Les Mills demonstrations, including BodyPump, BodyBalance and Les Mills Barre.

Also, we'll be on Sunrise tomorrow at 5:30am which I know you'll all tune in for 😂

Get your pump, plie, swag and stretch on during our taster classes on the Fit Fest stage at Sydney's Fitness Show Friday April 20 - Sunday April 22 from 12:00pm - 3:00pm.

Featuring some of your favourite Les Mills presenters and local Sydney instructors, stay for one, or all five of the 30-minute classes and sample the best of Les Mills, including the latest program LES MILLS BARRE: ballet inspired training.
