Choosing the right Support Coordinator is important, and participants often look for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping them achieve their goals.
In my role as a SC, I focus on building strong and trusting relationships with participants and their whole support network.
I work alongside participants to make the NDIS easier to understand, helping them navigate their plans, connect with reliable service providers, and ensure their supports are working effectively.
I am proactive, approachable, and committed to advocating for participants when challenges arise.
I believe every participant deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported to make informed choices about their own life.
My goal is to empower participants to build their confidence, increase their independence, and access opportunities within their communities that align with their interests and aspirations.
I bring extensive experience supporting children through to adults including persons on the Autism Spectrum.
I currently have immediate availability for participants that reside in the North, South East, Eastern and outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Participants who work with me can expect a coordinator who is genuinely invested in helping them achieve their goals and accessing opportunties that enhance their independence and quality of life.
