Balance is work, rest and play, however that looks for you. It’s listening to your busy and honouring what it needs, like rest or exercise. Or it could be having an energy healing to find balance. Use your intuition and trust when given the answer. Ask yourself where attention needs to go in order to find balance. 🦋 Daily Energies 💕🕊️ The main energies around the collective today, is all about release, connection and renewal 💕 The energy today is about reclaiming your power by severing cords and ties to things, places and people on a subconscious and unconscious level. These energetic umbilical cords are usually formed through relationships and passed down through generations. If unbalanced, these ties can cause, usually through visualisation techniques, can be an intense healing process that can liberate you from squandering your energy. Once cut, you can create healthy boundaries and bring back your life force energy. This doesn’t mean physically severing ties with family or friends but bringing the cords into your awareness, so you can examine the energetic vibration of connection and how it does or doesn’t serve you. ✨ Which emotional bond no longer serves your highest purpose? To cut the energetic cords of the relationship, visualise yourself and the other person linked with a cord or chain. Explain why you need to cut the cords and lovingly release them. You might choose to draw this bond and show how you can release it with love. 💕

The size of a person is measured by the size of the problem that drags them down. You have what you need to succeed. Luck is on your side.

What is a workaholic? Someone who works compulsively. Inability to limit the amount of time spent on work despite negative consequences to their health or relationships. If this resonates with you, you’re asked to find ways to pair back your work efforts. Start small by leaving work a good half hour early. Stick with that and attempt to leave weekends as weekends. No work. These changes will be a great first start. You’re may need to schedule activities to keep yourself busy. ✨ Are you of service? Will you help, attend, speak and live without need of restitution or expecting anything in return (except pay if you work in service). Being of service can create meaningful relationships and help us to understand and connect with people on a deeper level. You could create positive change. Inspire other or simply enhance well being of yourself and others. Simply to try to stay in the moment today by focusing on the person in front of you and let your intuition lead. 💕🦋

This crystal is perfect for physical protection (in my opinion), due to its powerful grounding and protective properties. It has the ability to align and balance other chakras but works best with our root chakra, to help release negative energy, establish security or create a strong energetic foundation for spiritual growth. This crystal is best for protection, cleansing and grounding. Please note, obsidian comes in many different forms such as; strawberry obsidian, red obsidian, snowflake obsidian and I’m sure I’m missing a couple. We’re talking about pure Black Obsidian 💕🦋
