Our Story

Osteopaths treat the body and its tissues as a whole. At Fit and Well Osteopathy, we use a variety of techniques including joint mobilisation, manipulation, ligamentous and fascial techniques, osteopathy in the cranial field, neurosensory exercises, stretching, massage, imaging (if required), referral (if required), and advice. Most of all we listen to your story and help you to work out a plan to move forward with your health.
