As you may have now heard, the ACCC has announced a national recall of several coloured / kinetic sand products due to potential contamination.

I want to assure all clients and their families that NO coloured / kinetic sand has been used during OT sessions with Live Well OT.

Your child’s safety is my top priority.

As a mobile therapist, I will be working closely with schools to ensure that where I conduct my sessions is in a safe environment for all.

🌟 What does being an OT mean to me? 🌟

I love that I get to wake up everyday and help children and young people in my community, Clare Valley and Surrounds.
I help my clients achieve amazing things. I value connection and communication with the people close to them, so that their achievements can continue when I’m not there, in all their environments! ❤️👏🏻

Happy OT week!! 🎉

Today on World OT Day and the beginning of OT Week 2025, I reflect on what ‘OT in Action’, the theme of this year, means to me…
Being able to make a difference in a child’s day, supporting them through worries or tasks that are meaningful to them.
The joy I see on a child’s face when they achieve something they have been trying to do, whether that be having the confidence to ask for help, to ask a friend to play, or learn to tie their shoelaces in time for the footy season. The achievements and moments are endless.

The things we get to see and help people achieve when working in this role is truely inspiring.

Love my job and what Occupational Therapy is and does for people!

Wow! What an amazing opportunity to connect and collaborate with so many other wonderful OT’s over 3 jam packed days.

So many day 3 highlights, listening to current research and reflecting!

So many interesting speakers and topics today, however I can’t go past my purchase from
I cannot wait to use these books to help support my wonderful clients with all those big feelings. Hardest decision was choosing between Brave and Able…the divine breathing buddies.
‘Able’ will be joining the Live Well OT team to support breath work and emotional regulation. 🥰☺️
