Tamara Yoga is also an Internationally recognised Yoga Teacher Training School. Our programme is offered 2 different ways so you can choose which suits you best. The weekday programme runs over 2 years, or the Intensives are 12 days each. We have Instructional Yoga DVDs *Tamara Yoga Beginners - ideal for those new to yoga *Tamara Yoga Live - a dynamic intermediate to advanced practice.
